  তানজীনা ফেরদৌসের আইন পরামর্শ আইন ও অধিকার পাওনা টাকা আদায়ের আইনি পদ্ধতি বাংলাদেশে ব্যক্তিগত বা ব্যবসায়িক লেনদেনে অনেক সময় টাকা ধার দেওয়া হয়। কিন্তু প্রতিশ্রুতি সত্ত্বেও অনেকেই সময়মতো পাওনা টাকা ফেরত দেন না। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে পাওনাদারদের জন্য আইনের সহায়তা নেওয়া একটি কার্যকর পন্থা হতে পারে। তবে, আইনি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের আগে কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ধাপ অনুসরণ করা উচিত যা ভবিষ্যতে পাওনা টাকা আদায়ে সহায়ক হবে। চুক্তিপত্র: পাওনা টাকা আদায়ের মূল হাতিয়ার টাকা ধার দেওয়ার সময় মৌখিক প্রতিশ্রুতির পরিবর্তে লিখিত চুক্তি করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি। চুক্তিপত্রের মাধ্যমে লেনদেন স্বচ্ছ হয় এবং এটি আইনি স্বীকৃতি পায়। চুক্তিপত্র তৈরির প্রক্রিয়া ●    লিখিত চুক্তি সম্পাদন: ধার দেওয়ার সময় ৩০০ টাকার নন-জুডিশিয়াল স্ট্যাম্পে একটি লিখিত চুক্তি সম্পাদন করুন। ●    চুক্তির শর্তাবলী: চুক্তিতে কী কারণে টাকা ধার দেওয়া হলো, পরিমাণ, পরিশোধের সময়সীমা এবং কিস্তিতে বা একসঙ্গে পরিশোধের শর্তাবলী উল্লেখ করতে হবে। ●       সাক্ষী: চুক্তির সময় দুই বা ততোধিক সাক্...

With great enthusiasm and excitement, Bangladeshi voters exercised their franchise to elect the government of a new Bangladesh. For this reason, lawsuits are required. But many times lawsuits are filed to harass someone or to humiliate them socially. Some even give false testimony. Filing a false case and giving false testimony—both are criminal offenses, and there are provisions for punishment for them.
